Global Blockchain Business Council appoints Ola Lind as the UAE Ambassador

The Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC) has named Ola Lind as one of its 2022 Ambassadors.

Ola Lind is one of three ambassadors representing the UAE, along with Sheikh Zayed Al Nahyan and Makki Ibrahim. He joins 179 Ambassadors from 86 countries across six continents who comprise a select group of professionals in technology, government, and academia who will contribute to the expansion of the GBBC’s global community, presence, and influence.

“I am pleased and honored to be joining Global Blockchain Business Council’s 2022 Ambassador Cohort. I am confident that my contribution and guidance will make a positive impact and most importantly help the organization to achieve its overall goal,” said Lind.

Lind is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of FTFT, a Nasdaq-listed business, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the firm’s subsidiary, FTFT Capital Investments LLC (“FTFT Capital”), and the Executive Chairman of the Blockchain World 2021 Abu Dhabi 15-17 December. He is a director at one of Southeast Asia’s largest Fintech Digital services firms, Dotlines Group, where he is in charge of developing and implementing new technologies such as Blockchain and Cyber security, with a revenue of more than $100 million USD.

Lind is a well-known keynote speaker who has been asked to talk to audiences at conferences and expos all around the world. Over the last three decades, he has been an award-winning Start-Up Entrepreneur, conceiving, inventing, and deploying revolutionary solutions in the Mobile, Gaming, Blockchain, and Cyber security industries on five continents.

The Global Blockchain Business Council promotes the use of blockchain technology. Their 2022 Ambassadors are a chosen group of innovators and disruptors with a focus on technology, governance, law, finance, civil society, and academia.
