HP is supporting organizations like 1 Million Teachers to combat the global teacher shortage, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa, by training teachers in digital and AI skills. These efforts ensure teachers are equipped to use AI responsibly and effectively in the classroom.

Security challenges associated with AI in education must also be addressed. HP’s AI Teacher Academy trains educators to evaluate AI systems while emphasizing ethical practices, privacy protection, and bias awareness.
