Kodak Alaris has announced the release of KODAK IDP Info Input Solution Version 7.5. The update introduces more native AI integrations and streamlined administrative features, enabling organizations to automate document processing and make faster, more accurate decisions from any type of document.

The software is built on Kodak Alaris’ Open Intelligence design, which deploys pre-built models to understand documents within workflows. The latest version allows organizations to connect to AI services from Google, AWS, and Microsoft, reducing manual effort and improving processing speed.

Version 7.5 adds native integrations with Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock Data Automation, ChatGPT, and BoxAI. It also enhances assignment and validation features, includes a new drag-and-drop workflow editor, and integrates the IRIS OCR engine at no extra cost. Users can now create searchable PDF/A documents with AI-based indexing for easier access across repositories.

The platform supports automation across classification, separation, data extraction, indexing, and validation. It can handle documents from any source, including unstructured or handwritten files, and automatically verify critical details such as legal references and content plausibility. Automatic summarization helps employees quickly review multi-page documents and email threads.

Kodak Alaris has been recognized with two Buyers Lab (BLI) Awards: a 2024 Fall Pick Award for Info Input Solution and a 2024–2025 Pacesetter Award for excellence as a Capture & IDP partner. Megan Bevilacqua, Senior Product Manager at Kodak Alaris, reported that Version 7.5 reduces complexity, supports faster automation, and allows continuous process improvement in line with AI advances.
