CMF by Nothing, the sub-brand of London-based tech company Nothing, today announced the launch of its latest smartwatch, the CMF Watch 3 Pro. The device is designed for everyday users and casual fitness enthusiasts. It combines precision health tracking, AI-powered coaching, and a bold visual identity.

Andrew Freshwater, Head of Smart Products Marketing at Nothing, said the Watch 3 Pro is “the perfect starting point for anyone beginning their health and fitness journey.” He added that it delivers a smart, stylish experience without overcomplicating routines.

Rishi Kishor Gupta, Regional Director for the Middle East & Africa, reported that the smartwatch empowers users in the region to take control of their health. He said it complements the dynamic lifestyle of the Middle Eastern market.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro features a dual-band five-system GPS for faster, more accurate route tracking. Users can choose from 131 sports modes and receive personalized running plans. A four-channel heart rate sensor improves accuracy for all skin tones. Active Score provides weekly effort summaries using MET data.

AI-powered post-workout summaries guide users on recovery time, training load, and 5K/10K endurance predictions. The watch also automatically detects seven core activities. Health tracking includes blood oxygen monitoring (SpO₂), stress tracking, sleep monitoring, guided breathing exercises, hydration reminders, inactivity alerts, and women’s health support.

The smartwatch integrates ChatGPT for voice queries, reminders, and facts. It also includes a voice recorder with auto-transcription, Essential News digests, Bluetooth calling, gesture shortcuts, and 140-character quick replies.

Available in Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange, the CMF Watch 3 Pro features a 1.43” AMOLED display with ultra-thin bezels and Always-On Display support. Users can choose from over 120 custom watch faces and add full-screen or mini widgets.

The device is IP68-rated for water and dust resistance. It delivers up to 13 days of battery life under typical use and takes 99 minutes for a full charge. Motion monitoring and tracking are enhanced with a 6-axis accelerometer sensor.

All CMF smartwatches are now transitioning to the Nothing X app. The app allows users to manage watches and audio devices in one place and supports Strava, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect.
