Oracle announced the expansion of its presence in Dubai Internet City, a regional tech hub under TECOM Group PJSC. The company has opened a state-of-the-art Customer Experience Centre designed to showcase the latest AI technologies and innovations.

The new Customer Experience Centre was inaugurated by Abdulla Belhoul, CEO of TECOM Group, and Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at TECOM Group PJSC and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City.

The facility introduces a redesigned Zayed Innovation Hub, one of the first AI-dedicated hubs launched in the UAE. It offers customers, partners, and government leaders from across the Middle East the chance to experience Oracle’s enterprise-ready AI solutions through immersive demonstrations and real-world applications.

The hub aims to help organizations accelerate AI innovation, unlock new business opportunities, and train their workforce. It leverages more than 200 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications enhanced with AI, Generative AI, and AI agent platform capabilities.

The centre also features the popular Oracle Red Bull Racing experience, allowing visitors to simulate driving a championship-winning Formula 1™ car and explore how Oracle Cloud supports real-time data for racing performance.

Nick Redshaw, Senior Vice President, Technology, Middle East and Africa, and UAE Country Leader at Oracle, stated that the new Customer Experience Centre reaffirms Oracle’s commitment to the UAE. He emphasized that it will enable organizations to accelerate their AI and cloud adoption in line with Dubai’s ambition to lead globally in AI innovation.

Ammar Al Malik highlighted that collaborative innovation continues to enhance Dubai’s global tech position. He added that Oracle’s expansion aligns with Dubai Internet City’s mission to drive the region’s digital economy and nurture future-focused innovators.

The launch reinforces Oracle’s long-standing partnership with Dubai Internet City and supports the UAE’s vision to become a global leader in AI and next-generation technologies.

Dubai Internet City, established in 1999, hosts more than 4,000 tech companies and 31,000 professionals, contributing to 65% of Dubai’s tech sector GDP. It is part of TECOM Group’s portfolio of 10 business districts that include Dubai Media City, Dubai Knowledge Park, and Dubai Science Park.
