Presight AI, announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dow Jones Factiva, a trusted source of regulatory-grade risk intelligence. The two industry leaders revealed plans to co-develop a new class of AI-native risk and compliance solutions. These solutions are designed for financial institutions, regulators, and sovereign entities facing unprecedented complexity.

By combining Dow Jones Factiva’s regulatory, legal, and sustainability intelligence with Presight’s sovereign AI infrastructure and advanced agentic AI capabilities, the collaboration aims to create intelligent systems tailored to the global financial ecosystem’s most sensitive areas. The joint offering will leverage generative AI, explainable models, and real-time contextual reasoning to help compliance, legal, and risk teams predict threats rather than react to them.

The partnership will deploy these solutions within sovereign-grade environments to ensure compliance with national data residency and security standards, meeting the rising demands of regulators and regulated entities.

Initial flagship solutions include:

  • KYC & UBO Agent: Mapping hidden ownership using regulatory filings and open-source data.
  • Sustainability Tracker: Monitoring sustainability controversies and compliance breaches in real time.
  • Legal & Policy Risk Agent: Detecting enforcement trends and cross-border legal risks.

Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, stated that this collaboration combines Dow Jones Factiva’s deep regulatory data with Presight’s sovereign-scale AI delivery. Joel Lange, EVP at Dow Jones Risk & Research, added that this partnership marks a pivotal step in developing next-generation risk tools for global financial institutions and regulators.

Rooted in the GCC’s regulatory innovation, the collaboration will initially serve sovereign wealth funds, central banks, Tier 1 banks, and supervisory authorities in the UAE and the Gulf. Expansion plans include Southeast Asia, Central Asia, North Africa, the UK, and the US, where demand for secure and intelligent compliance tools is growing.

Together, Presight and Dow Jones Factiva aim to set a new standard for risk management auditable, autonomous, and future-proof.
