By uniting workflow intelligence, trusted cloud, and AI governance, ServiceNow and Microsoft will connect copilots, agents, and data across Microsoft 365 and the ServiceNow AI Platform. This will provide organizations with comprehensive visibility, compliance, and control over AI agents.

The new capabilities meet users where they work, turning insights into action across Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word. ServiceNow enables agentic AI capabilities with trust, control, and measurable business outcomes.
