Veeam® Software, data resilience, announced its participation at GITEX GLOBAL 2025, held from 13–17 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The company revealed plans to showcase its expanded Veeam Data Platform, Veeam Data Cloud, and the newly launched Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM).

Mena Migally, Regional VP – EMEA East at Veeam Software, reported that organisations across the Middle East and Africa face rising cyber risks, rapid multi-cloud adoption, and growing regulatory pressure. She added that Veeam’s DRMM helps enterprises benchmark resilience, reduce downtime, protect brand trust, and secure business continuity.

At Hall 7, Stand B20, Veeam will demonstrate key innovations:

  • AI-driven malware detection, clean-room recovery, and an expanded ransomware warranty for end-to-end protection.
  • Veeam Data Cloud (VDC), offering scalable Backup-as-a-Service for Microsoft 365 and Azure across the Middle East.
  • The new software-only Veeam Appliance, hardware-agnostic, for simplified deployment.

Veeam will also present live demos, DRMM assessment tools, and joint solutions with partners including ExaGrid, Red Hat, Object First, Alpha Data, and BPS. Visitors can explore AI-powered data protection, ransomware-proofing, data sovereignty, and zero-trust resilience solutions.

Tim Pfaelzer, General Manager & Senior VP, EMEA, will deliver a keynote titled “Enterprise Resilience Redefined: Securing Data in a Threat-Filled World,” highlighting AI-driven strategies for adaptive enterprise resilience.

The company reported significant regional momentum, including customer wins in financial services, government, healthcare, and education. Veeam recently established a legal entity in Saudi Arabia and was recognized as the #1 provider of Microsoft 365 and Kubernetes data protection.

Veeam continues to focus on partner enablement, offering co-marketing, joint demos, and training initiatives across the Middle East and Africa. The company also highlighted sustainability and diversity programs at the event, emphasizing a greener and more inclusive digital future.
