Veeam Software has strengthened its EMEA channel strategy with the appointment of three new leaders across key regional roles. The company named Nick McAlister as Channel Director UKI, Charbel Zreiby as Channel Director EMEA East, and Roman Brandl as Enterprise Channel Director EMEA.

These appointments reflect the company’s commitment to driving growth, innovation, and customer value across the region. The expansion comes under the leadership of Kinda Baydoun, Senior Director of EMEA Channel Sales.

“Veeam is setting a new standard for what partnership means in the data resilience space,” said Baydoun. She added that with the new leaders on board, the company is accelerating SaaS transformation, advancing enterprise data resilience, and strengthening ecosystem support.

Moreover, recent strategic moves support this direction. These include the acquisition of Securiti AI and the expansion of Veeam Data Cloud, Veeam’s SaaS portfolio. The company said these initiatives align with its vision for a secure, intelligent, and unified approach to data management. As organizations modernize their data protection strategies, Veeam aims to help partners and customers scale AI-driven innovation.

Nick McAlister brings more than 20 years of experience in partner network development and enterprise channel management across EMEA. Previously, he held senior roles at VMware. He led multi-billion-dollar channel programs and delivered measurable revenue growth. In addition, he specialized in streamlining operations and developing go-to-market strategies.

Charbel Zreiby brings over two decades of IT sector expertise. He has driven channel strategies across Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Dell Technologies. He is recognized for building trusted relationships and delivering successful channel initiatives in diverse markets. He also focuses on partner engagement and collaborative leadership.

Roman Brandl has extensive experience supporting large Pan-EMEA partners. He has driven enterprise channel success for leading IT vendors. Furthermore, he has managed strategic alliances and accelerated growth with top enterprise partners. He is expected to strengthen the company’s enterprise segment presence.

At the same time, the company continues to optimize partner coverage, accelerate VDC adoption, and maximize regional investment. Under Baydoun’s leadership, the partner network is being expanded to address evolving customer needs in the digital landscape.

“With the addition of these veteran channel leaders, we are reaffirming our commitment to our partners and customers,” Baydoun said. She added that their expertise will help advance channel strategy, create new synergies, and deepen engagement with Alliances and GSIs in the enterprise space.

Through these strategic appointments and investments, Veeam Software is positioning its ecosystem for further growth in enterprise data resilience and SaaS transformation across EMEA.
