Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, has appointed Frank Poncheri as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Poncheri will report directly to CEO Giordano (Gio) Albertazzi, overseeing the company’s HR strategy and its execution. He will be responsible for aligning human resources with Vertiv’s strategic priorities and ensuring the company’s workforce is equipped to meet evolving business needs.
With over 15 years of experience in HR and corporate strategy, Poncheri brings deep expertise in global employee development, talent management, and fostering high-performance cultures. He has a track record of leadership in both the United States and internationally. Prior to joining Vertiv, Poncheri worked at Owens Corning, where he served in key leadership positions, including vice president of HR and corporate integration, as well as divisional HR director.
In his new role at Vertiv, Poncheri will play a crucial part in driving the company’s success through people.
