Visa Joins 24Fintech as Founding Partner to Boost Saudi Fintech

Visa has been named a Founding Partner of 24Fintech, an influential event dedicated to advancing the fintech industry in Saudi Arabia as part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. This partnership highlights Visa’s commitment to innovation and supporting the growth of fintechs while contributing to Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation. 

The 24Fintech summit, scheduled from 3-5 September 2024 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Centre, is organized by the Financial Sector Development Program (FSDP), Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), Capital Market Authority (CMA), and Insurance Authority (IA), in collaboration with Fintech Saudi and Tahaluf. 

Visa’s involvement underscores its dedication to enhancing Saudi Arabia’s digital infrastructure and talent pool. The company is also establishing a Visa Innovation Centre in Riyadh and forming strategic partnerships with local stakeholders such as STA. Visa’s initiatives, including Visa Fast Track and Visa Ready solutions, aim to integrate businesses into the payments ecosystem and foster their growth.

Visa will feature its latest products at the event, including Visa Direct for secure money transfers, Visa Installments for flexible payment options, and advancements in fraud prevention and contactless payments. The company will also highlight its strategic partners Tarabut, Beyon, and Thawani at its booth, showcasing collaborative efforts in fintech innovation.
