LG Electronics (LG) has unveiled the launch of its first-ever QNED Mini LED TVs in the UAE, which will be at the forefront of the company’s premium LCD line. LG’s latest TVs use Quantum Dot NanoCell color technology and Mini LED backlighting to give improved brightness and contrast over traditional LCD screens. LG’s QNED Mini LED TV lineup includes models in the 8K QNED99 and QNED95 series, as well as 4K QNED90 series, with screen sizes ranging from 65 to 86 inches.
Mini LEDs are a type of sophisticated light source that is much smaller than the backlights found in traditional LCD screens. LG QNED Mini LED TVs can now fit more LEDs and dimming zones into their screens. Approximately 30,000 Mini LEDs are used in LG’s 86-inch 8K model to generate a brilliant, high-quality image, while nearly 2,500 distinct dimming zones deliver amazing blacks with the decreased halo effect, even in the darkest settings.
Colors on LG QNED Mini LED TVs reach full volume because to LG’s superior colour reproduction technology. The improved display properly captures a larger colour spectrum to produce rich colours that remain vivid even at maximum brightness levels, as certified by independent third-party testing. The 9 Gen 4 AI Processor for 8K versions and the 7 Gen 4 AI Processor for 4K variants are at the heart of the LG QNED Mini LED. Each ground-breaking chip automatically analyses and optimizes material using deep-learning algorithms. To recognize the content, reduce noise, and improve picture quality, AI Picture Pro consults a large collection of visual data points. The new Scene Detection feature can now identify the type of scene being displayed and optimize the image accordingly. The engine in AI Sound Pro learns from audio data points to identify voices, effects, and frequencies so that the sound can be optimized by genre for a more immersive experience. The TV also maintains constant voice levels across different types of entertainment thanks to the new Auto Volume Leveling.
LG ThinQ technology is included in the new QNED Mini LED to enhance the TV experience further. The newly revamped home screen provides personalized content recommendations, easier access to favorites, and centralized control of linked devices.
LG’s Magic Remote has also been updated to include a more ergonomic shape that makes it simpler to grasp and a speedier point-and-scroll function for searches. Built-in AI makes it simple to access services, and hotkeys for major content providers make it easier than ever to access the material.
SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA of Switzerland has certified LG QNED Mini LED TVs as Eco-Products. Only products that meet SGS requirements for low environmental impact or recyclability receive this certification.
