Mr. Kamran Birjees Khan, Chief Executive Officer of NIA Limited, said that our product is in line with the UAE Government’s endeavors to advance workforce welfare standards, NIA Limited is proud to introduce to the UAE and the wider region this game-changing safety and comfort gear from Jarsh Safety, India’s award-winning startup.

“The world’s first AC Safety Helmet is designed to keep the industrial, construction and other outdoor workforce and executives comfortable while in a high-temperature environment,” added Mr. Khan.

Dubai’s NIA Limited, which is also the official regional distributor for a wide range of consumer electronics and household appliances, will distribute the helmet in the UAE market.

This product launch is part of the Indian Pavilion’s India Innovation Hub plan at World Expo 2020, which will showcase India’s top 500 most reputable firms. The initiative is being led by Dr. Aman Puri, India’s Consul General in Dubai, and it has the support of the Indian Diaspora and prominent investor institutions.

The Jarsh-NIA AC Helmet uses unique solid-state cooling technology to chill up to 24 degrees Celsius. The premium model, designed for senior executives, has a two-hour battery life, while the heavy-duty variant, designed for experienced workers, has 10-hour battery life. Four vents distributed over the helmet provide uniform cooling, allowing the wearer to remain sweat-free, comfortable, and productive while on work.

India is one of the world’s largest startup hotspots, and it is on its way to becoming the world’s innovation capital. The India pavilion at Expo 2020 will bring together the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders to discuss and share relevant ideas, pool their expertise and experiences, and form a vision to frame innovative solutions for a better future.

The Jarsh-NIA AC Helmet provides a once-in-a-lifetime chance for construction companies and industrial units to prioritize worker comfort without sacrificing efficiency. The usage of the AC Helmet is not only socially ethical, but it also has business advantages, as studies have shown that excessive temperatures can induce thermal exhaustion and heat stress, which can lead to a decrease in productivity.
