Enterprise SSD solutions continue to evolve as industrial workloads demand higher performance, reliability, and endurance. In response, BIWIN has introduced the TGQ200 Series, a new industrial-grade SSD lineup designed for data centers, workstations, edge AI systems, and industrial computing environments.

The BIWIN TGQ200 Series features a PCIe Gen 4×4 interface and supports the NVMe 2.0 protocol. Available in capacities ranging from 512GB to 4TB, the SSDs are designed to address a variety of industrial deployment requirements.

According to BIWIN, the drives deliver sequential read speeds of up to 7,100 MB/s and write speeds of up to 6,400 MB/s. In addition, TLC direct-write technology helps maintain stable throughput for high-bandwidth workloads, including edge AI computing applications.

The new Enterprise SSD series also offers endurance ratings of up to 4,800 TBW and supports 3,000 P/E cycles. These specifications are intended to support long-term operation in write-intensive environments while handling large-scale data workloads.

Furthermore, the TGQ200 Series adopts a single-sided PCB design to improve space efficiency in compact systems. The drives are available in M.2 2280 and M.2 2242 form factors, enabling integration across a wide range of industrial devices. BIWIN also uses 3D TLC NAND and multi-layer stacking technology to enhance durability and thermal management.

The SSDs are built to operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C. Additionally, they incorporate anti-sulfurization components compliant with ANSI/ISA 71.04 G3 standards. Overcurrent Protection (OCP) and Overvoltage Protection (OVP) are also included to support operation in demanding industrial environments.

To enhance data integrity, the drives integrate In-Drive RAID, SRAM ECC, and a 4K LDPC error correction engine. These technologies are designed to improve operational stability and help protect data over extended periods.

Meanwhile, BIWIN is offering customization options across hardware, firmware, and services. The company said conformal coating, anti-sulfurization treatment, and additional protective coating processes can be provided based on customer requirements.

The TGQ200 Series also includes one-click secure erase, S.M.A.R.T. intelligent monitoring, and interface speed configuration capabilities. As industrial infrastructure continues to expand, the new Enterprise SSD lineup aims to provide high-speed, secure, and reliable storage for mission-critical applications across automation, communications, edge computing, and industrial systems.
