BeyondTrust has promoted Lindsey Claypool to Senior Vice President of Global Channels & Alliances. The company, which protects Paths to Privilege™ through privilege-centric identity security, announced the move on October 6, 2026.

The appointment marks the next phase of BeyondTrust’s partner-first strategy. The company is expanding the role its partner ecosystem plays as the identity security landscape changes quickly. The strategy also introduces a more scalable operating model. It is designed to make it simpler for partners to engage and build with BeyondTrust. It also aims to help them create value across the customer lifecycle.

In her expanded role, Lindsey Claypool will set and execute the company’s worldwide partner strategy. She will align programs, alliances and go-to-market priorities across every region. The goal is to create greater value and growth opportunities for partners and customers.

“The role of the partner is evolving,” said Claypool. She noted that customers are navigating more identities, more interconnected technologies and more ways for privilege to create risk. “They need partners to serve as strategic advisors, service creators, and innovators, translating technology into practical solutions and lasting security outcomes,” she added.

The next phase of partner-led growth will focus on repeatable and scalable routes to market. These routes are meant to remove friction for partners. They should also help partners acquire, expand and serve customers more effectively. As a result, partners will get clearer use cases and starting points. They will also receive better-aligned support and rewards. Roles across the customer lifecycle will be more clearly defined.

“Growth compounds when partners win, and every point of friction we remove for a partner is value returned to the customer,” said Claypool. “Our goal is to create an ecosystem that is easy to understand, engage with, and grow with,” she added. In her words, it should give partners clear ways to build with BeyondTrust, along with aligned support and rewards.

Janine Seebeck, Chief Executive Officer at BeyondTrust, backed the appointment. “Our partner ecosystem is central to how BeyondTrust will scale its impact and help more organizations secure every identity across every privilege,” she said. She added that customers benefit when the company combines its technology and expertise with partners who understand their industries, environments and business priorities. “Lindsey has demonstrated an ability to turn that principle into a repeatable growth model, and she has the full support of our leadership team as she brings that vision to our global ecosystem,” said Seebeck.

The announcement comes during a global series of partner and customer events. These events focus on putting the partner-first strategy into action. BeyondTrust held Partner Summit and Go Beyond London in September. It is now convening partners and customers at Go Beyond Chicago and Partner Summit Chicago from October 6 to 8. Partner events in Sydney and Singapore will follow later in the month.

Across the series, BeyondTrust is aligning partners around its privilege-centric identity security strategy. It is also strengthening technical and go-to-market enablement. In addition, it is helping partners build and scale their BeyondTrust practices.

Claypool joined BeyondTrust four years ago to lead its Americas channel organization. During that time, she helped strengthen the regional partner strategy. She also helped develop partner-led sales motions. Furthermore, she aligned channel execution more closely with the company’s broader go-to-market priorities. Previously, she held partner leadership and partner-led sales roles at Ingram Micro, F5, Xirrus and Riverbed.

BeyondTrust’s partner ecosystem spans sales partners, service partners and cloud marketplaces. It also includes a growing network of more than 100 Technology Alliance Partners. Through PartnerTrust, the company provides training, certification, co-selling support, technical resources and services enablement. These resources are designed to help partners build and scale identity security practices. With Lindsey Claypool now leading the global effort, BeyondTrust aims to make its ecosystem easier to understand, engage with and grow with.
