Organized by Dubai World Trade Centre and KAOUN International in association with GITEX GLOBAL, the event drew critical acclaim for its deep dive into cross-continental AI transformation, emerging market trends, and the limitless potential of artificial intelligence.
Pioneering AI Innovation and Thought Leadership
Live from Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, a distinguished lineup of AI visionaries explored the delicate balance between technological advancement and societal impact. Experts discussed Sovereign AI, ethical AI, and the importance of localized AI education and career pathways.
Alessio Bagnaresi, Vice President AI – Technology MEA, Oracle, highlighted the significance of Sovereign AI, calling it a “non-negotiable strategic imperative” for nations. He emphasized the UAE’s leadership in leveraging AI to empower citizens, drive economic diversification, and preserve cultural heritage.
Meanwhile, Rima Manna, VP Network Infrastructure Middle East & UAE Country Director at Nokia, stressed the need for AI accessibility as a fundamental human right. She advocated for a collaborative ecosystem to bridge digital divides and ensure AI literacy for all.
Adding to the discussion, Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President Commercial at TECOM Group, reinforced the role of community-driven AI development. He pointed out the UAE’s commitment to upskilling millions through training programs, ensuring AI aligns with local needs, and fostering a thriving ecosystem.
Unlocking AI’s $15.7 Trillion Potential
With AI projected to contribute $15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030 (PWC), The World AI Leaders Conference took center stage, outlining strategies for scaling AI globally.
Stephen Burt, Chief Data Officer, Government of Canada, shared Canada’s human-centered, collaborative approach to AI adoption in the public sector. He emphasized partnerships with private enterprises, academia, research institutes, and indigenous groups to ensure inclusive AI implementation.
The event also featured over 500 AI enterprises and startups, showcasing groundbreaking AI solutions. Among them, e&, a global telecom and tech leader, presented more than 200 AI-driven use cases across industries, including banking, insurance, retail, and the public sector.
Amit Gupta, Vice President, AI, Advanced Analytics, and CVM at e& UAE, revealed that 80% of current AI applications are based on traditional AI, while 15-20% leverage generative AI, particularly in enhancing customer experience.
AI Everything Global 2026 to be Hosted in Abu Dhabi
As the global AI community reflects on AI Everything Global 2025, preparations for AI Everything Global 2026 are already in motion. Next year’s edition will be exclusively hosted at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi).
With major AI enterprises confirming participation, Dell Technologies became the latest to announce its involvement, reinforcing its commitment to advancing AI innovation. The 2026 edition aims to further accelerate AI adoption, economic transformation, and the UAE’s status as a global AI hub.
