e& Joins Aduna as Equity Partner to Expand Global Network API Ecosystem

The announcement was made by e& Group CEO Hatem Dowidar during his keynote address at Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona.

Through this partnership, e& will integrate its network Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) into Aduna’s rapidly growing global platform, covering its operations across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Central and Eastern Europe.

With telecom operations in 20 countries, e&’s involvement is set to expand Aduna’s reach in emerging markets, supporting its mission to drive the global adoption of standardized network APIs and accelerate innovation for developers worldwide.

As part of Aduna, e& will enable developers to access and utilize APIs that enhance quality of service, fraud prevention, security, and monetization capabilities.

Aduna provides network APIs to a wide ecosystem of developers, including hyperscalers, communications platform as a service (CPaaS) providers, system integrators, and independent software vendors, leveraging CAMARA APIs, the open-source initiative by the GSMA and Linux Foundation.

Since its launch in September 2024, Aduna has brought together leading global telecom operators, including América Móvil, AT&T, Bharti Airtel, Deutsche Telekom, KDDI, Orange, Reliance Jio, Singtel, Telefonica, Telstra, T-Mobile, Verizon, Vodafone, and Ericsson.

The transaction with e& is expected to close later this year, pending regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
