e& UAE and Microsoft have introduced the AI for Business Skilling Programme, a new initiative aimed at providing Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) with essential AI skills. This collaboration reflects their shared commitment to driving AI-led digital transformation and empowering businesses to stay competitive.

The programme offers three specialized learning tracks. AI for Business Leaders focuses on helping senior executives develop AI strategies. AI for Business Users provides practical courses for professionals in Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Administration, enhancing operational efficiency. AI for Everyone delivers foundational AI knowledge, making AI accessible to beginners.

Training will be available on the Spectrum platform, offering a smooth and engaging learning experience. Participants will gain access to Microsoft’s top-tier AI training content, including AI Fluency Courses in multiple languages, the Microsoft Applied Skills Programme for hands-on learning, and AI Bootcamps for Educators to support AI integration in education.
