MoHRE Achieves 59% Growth with 34M Smart Transactions in 2024

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has successfully completed over 34 million smart transactions in 2024, marking a 59% increase from the previous year, which recorded 20 million transactions.

This remarkable growth highlights MoHRE’s digital transformation success, driven by AI-powered solutions and a commitment to eliminating bureaucracy. By enhancing its service ecosystem, the ministry has significantly improved customer experience, reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global leader in digital government services.
