Parkin Company PJSC, a provider of paid public parking facilities in Dubai, has introduced a new mobile app designed to simplify parking for residents and visitors throughout the city. The app offers a range of features aimed at improving parking management, accessibility, and urban mobility.
Key Features of the Parkin App:
Multiple Registration Options: Users can sign up quickly through account creation, UAE Pass, or RTA account integration.
Payment and Wallet Management: Make payments for public and multi-storey parking, top-up wallet balances, and manage vehicle details. Seasonal subscriptions are also available for added convenience.
Fines and Refunds: Pay parking fines, dispute charges, and request refunds directly through the app.
Real-Time Parking Finder: The clustering feature helps users locate available parking spaces in real-time, with live availability updates for on-street and off-street options.
Flexible Payment Options: A PayLater feature enables deferred payments, while dynamic auto-renewal ensures continuous service. Users can also schedule parking in advance.
AutoPay and ANPR Technology: The app uses automatic number-plate recognition (ANPR) technology for frictionless parking at Parkin-operated multi-storey car parks and select Majid Al Futtaim malls, like Mall of the Emirates and Deira City Centre. This eliminates the need for physical tickets or payment machines.
Additional Features:
Parking Reservations and Extensions: Users can easily reserve parking spaces or extend their tickets through the app.
EV Charging and Car Maintenance Services: Future updates will offer integrated EV charging payments and various car care services, such as washing, refuelling, and maintenance, through a partnership with ENOC. These services will be available at select Parkin locations.
