Spoilz, a Saudi game development company, has announced new investment with participation from Merak Capital, Impact46, and other investors. The funding will help Spoilz expand its development and LiveOps capabilities, create globally competitive mobile games, and attract top gaming talent in the Kingdom.

Founded in 2020 by Musab Almalki, Spoilz has quickly become a rising force in the regional gaming scene. The company delivers bite-sized, immersive experiences for casual players and has expanded from mobile into PC, console, and smart TVs. Popular titles include Climb Up #3D, #Break ‘Em All, and the chart-topping word game Last Letter.

In addition to its original games, Spoilz offers B2B and LiveOps services for the MENA region and institutional partners. These services cover market analysis, UI/UX, localization, and player engagement strategies. Using AI-enhanced development pipelines and cross-device infrastructure, the studio positions itself as both a content creator and a service provider.
