Ericsson announces Graduate Program in UAE to empower Emirati talents in the ICT field

Ericsson has announced a graduate program in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to provide learning and professional development opportunities for young Emirati talents. The Ericsson Graduate Program will deliver on-the-job, project-based, online learning to promote digital growth in accordance with UAE Vision 2021 performance indicators.

Graduates will obtain important job experience, skills, and knowledge that will aid in their professional advancement. They will also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as 5G, the Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, and Data Centers.

Wojciech Bajda, Vice President and Head of Gulf Council Countries at Ericsson Middle East and Africa says: “The newly-launched graduate program in the UAE will enhance the technical and commercial competence and knowledge of the candidates. The program will offer the candidates the opportunities of working hands-on on commercial projects at a strategic and global level. Graduates will have the opportunity to work in groups on real-world projects and attend training courses while being mentored by dedicated mentors.
