The Cisco Qiddiya partnership is redefining expectations for the workplace of the future. Cisco and Qiddiya Investment Company have announced a new smart office headquarters powered by advanced digital technologies.

The new office is located in Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter. It reflects Qiddiya’s vision of creating a human-centric and innovation-driven workspace. Moreover, it aligns with the broader development of Qiddiya City as a hub for entertainment, sports, and culture in Saudi Arabia.

The headquarters integrates Cisco’s networking, collaboration, and IoT-enabled sensor technologies. As a result, employees benefit from a connected and efficient working environment. The setup is designed to enhance productivity while supporting creativity and collaboration.

Inside the office, Cisco devices such as Room Bars and Desk Pros enable seamless one-on-one and group collaboration. In addition, open workspaces encourage interaction across breakout areas, meeting rooms, relaxation zones, and a dedicated social hub. This design supports a more flexible and engaging work culture.

Furthermore, Cisco Webex Boards are installed in key locations such as the lobby and boardroom. These tools provide interactive welcome interfaces and support digital whiteboarding for meetings and brainstorming sessions. At the same time, employees and visitors can access advanced room booking systems powered by Cisco Spaces.

The office also includes turn-by-turn indoor navigation. This ensures that meeting rooms and workspaces can be located quickly and efficiently. Consequently, the overall workplace experience becomes more streamlined and user-friendly.

Connectivity is another key feature. The headquarters runs on Wi-Fi 7 and Cisco Catalyst switches, delivering fast and reliable network performance. Additionally, air quality sensors and Meraki smart cameras monitor the environment in real time. This helps maintain safety, health, and optimal working conditions.

According to Abdulrahman AlAli, the headquarters reflects Qiddiya City’s ambition to combine operational excellence with creativity. He noted that the workplace is designed to inspire teams and attract top talent. He also emphasized the evolving expectations of workplaces as Saudi Arabia advances its digital transformation under Vision 2030.

Meanwhile, Bader Almadi stated that the collaboration goes beyond technology deployment. He highlighted that the project aims to define the future of work through a digital-first and human-centric environment.

The new headquarters has been operational since February 2026. Ultimately, the Cisco Qiddiya partnership demonstrates how technology can transform office environments into intelligent, connected, and engaging workplaces.
